I actually eat about half of these, which is good, and will be adding some of the others (frozen blueberries can replace the frozen raspberries I mix in my oatmeal--add a few walnuts & it's yummy & filling)

darn..i only like two of those things...why can't french fries and pepperoni pizza be on any of those lists :(

Thanks for the post! How's the running going? did you ever achieve your goal of running all the way around the lake without stopping?
every now and then i get a hankering for sardines (i love the little bones). had 'em last weekend with triscuit-knock offs. delish!
i almost considered replacing my beloweved almonds with pumpkin seeds but decided against it. eating has to be about joy too. trader joe sells them in one serving packets which keeps me honest. apportioning off stuff you love takes too much self control.
