Thanks for all the positive feedback about the Fitness Day-to-Day blog! Now we'd like to ask for your input on how we can make this site more useful/helpful to those of us looking to get into--or stay in--shape.
What would you like to see more of? Should we focus the blog exclusively on fitness/exercise? emotional support? running? We defer to your collective wisdom because we know that all you smart folks out there got some big ol' brains with tons of brilliant ideas to spare! : ) Seriously, any and all suggestions will be most appreciated. Thanks, in advance, for your help...

honestly, whatever your heart desires. you're doing a great job -- i don't get to visit every day, but when i do, i get inspired!
okay, hmmmm. let me think. what would i want to see more of on the blog .... hmmm. how about coming up with (or challenging us to come up with) "the fitness quote of the day"?
i'm pretty clear about my workout routines, but tips are always good. hey -- pictures! nothing inspires me more than a picture of a hotter bod than mine :-)
i like top 5 lists -- in fact, i'm going to start one right now :-)
Thanks, pdw! LOVE your ideas. /quotes and Top 5 lists are a great way to get more people to post and/or respond to posts. Visuals are always a good motivator and sometimess they can even keep me from gobbling up a bag of gummy worms!
