I don't know how accurate the specs are for the Health Bar Shake..but WOW I would never have guessed a shake could be over 2,000 calories...

According to this editorial -- drinking calories is a bad idea (and contributes significantly to our national obesity problem). We should mostly be drinking water.
When I first decided to lose weight, the thing I first gave up was juice.
yes, but water doesn't have any sugar in it to make it taste good ;)
