My favorite is the one where you lay on your back and put the big ball between your feet and then lift your legs and grab it with your hands then drop your legs slowly back down to the mat while you raise the ball backward and above your head. Then just repeat until you can't do it anymore! : )
anything with a machine..i hate the standard crunch or using the big ball...
