i wish i knew. trying to halt my weight gain (after having an "oh f@!*k it attitude all winter in which i succumbed to e'ery nuts and wine craving:-} being trim is about constant vigilance (and denial).

i love how cute i feel when i'm a hard body but i haven't figured out how to love the work of getting there.
