i'm ashamed to say i got 3 wrong (2 of them i knew were wrong even as i was clicking on them :-)
we should be ashamed of ourselves! : ) I missed the one about the "fat burning zone." I gotta admit, it's hard to break that old-school "no pain--no gain!" mentality, though!
I missed one: the fat and fit question..i have heard this considering i sort of do research in physical activity...and i know this also means i should be working out more...

well, i take issue with the fat-burning zone question. i know that higher intensity exercise will burn more calories, but i also know that i'm more likely to go longer at a lower intensity and thus burn more calories in total. so ...
