I think for me it's my shins. Ever since I got that stress fracture last year I'm hyper-vigilant if I feel even the faintest twinge of pain in my shins. My knees hurt every once in a while but I think that's just old age settin' in! : )

a lot of times, knee pain is coming from an over-tightening of your hips (since the knee is a much more flexible joint). When they're twinging, give your IT band a good stretch & that might help out.

for me, it's my feet (always my feet). When we're rich, I will have an on-call foot reflexologist who can come work on them a couple times a week...
